He and his wife Karen Poulos were both overweight and both of them lost over 100 lbs just by exercising 45 mins per week AND eating yummy foods all day.

They discarded all fat loss myths and came up with a system of their own and called it Fat Burning Furnace. What appealed to me the most is that over 10,000 people all over the world have had success with this program – so I decided to give it a go.
